Welcome to Cali Care Transportation! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
Company: Refers to Cali Care Transportation, the provider of non-emergency medical transportation services.
Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking and/or using the Company's services.
Services: Refers to all non-emergency medical transportation services provided by the Company.
2. Use of Services
Eligibility: Services are available to individuals who require non-emergency medical transportation within our service areas.
Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service.
Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
3. Payment and Fees
Rates: All rates are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance billing for eligible clients.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a fee.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled pickup may be charged a no-show fee.
4. Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: The Company maintains the necessary insurance coverage as required by law.
Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, missed appointments, or any other issues beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Timeliness: Clients must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup location.
Behavior: Clients must behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting abusive or inappropriate behavior.
Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any health conditions or special needs at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Data Collection: We collect personal information to provide and improve our services. This information is kept confidential and secure.
HIPAA Compliance: We comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and security of clients' health information.
7. Service Modifications and Termination
Service Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Termination: The Company may terminate services to any client who violates these terms and conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Complaints: Clients may submit complaints via our Contact Us page. We will investigate and respond to all complaints promptly.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
