These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Cali Care Transportation. By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Cali Care Transportation at the mobile number you provided.

Cali Care Transportation operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients, prospective clients, caregivers, facility partners, referral sources, and other business contacts regarding our non-emergency medical transportation services.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Cali Care Transportation.

Cali Care Transportation’s SMS program is available through major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular.
Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Cali Care Transportation is not responsible for delayed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Cali Care Transportation’s SMS program for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Cali Care Transportation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict access to the SMS program if you violate these SMS Terms and Conditions or misuse the messaging program.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Information collected as part of the SMS program, including your mobile phone number, opt-in consent, message history, and opt-out records, is handled in accordance with Cali Care Transportation’s Privacy Policy.

Cali Care Transportation respects the privacy of clients, caregivers, facility partners, and other contacts. Because our services may involve transportation connected to medical appointments or healthcare-related destinations, we take privacy seriously and avoid using SMS for unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information.
No sharing of SMS data: We will not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances, including for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opt-in consent and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with TCPA and applicable carrier requirements.

Our messaging campaigns are registered to support deliverability, transparency, and compliance.
12. Modifications to the SMS Program
Cali Care Transportation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time with or without notice. We may also update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically.
Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms and Conditions.
13. Mobile Data Sharing Policy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances, except as required to operate the SMS program, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or meet carrier and regulatory requirements.
